Fighting continues between the regime forces against the “Islamic State” organization in al-Bab area and in the vicinity of Hayyan Gas Field

Violent clashes are still taking place between the “Islamic State” organization against the Turkish forces and the factions of the “Euphrates Shield” in the northern and western outskirts and entrances of al-Bab city, in conjunction with continued aerial and artillery bombardment by Turkish forces, and confirmed information about casualties, also the organization is still controlling most of al-Bab city, and sources of the rebel factions of the “Euphrates Shield” assured to the Syrian observatory for human rights that invading al-Bab city will only be done after the regime forces shut down and complete the siege on the whole the area south of al-Bab city.

In the same context, violent clashes continue between the “Islamic State” organization against the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them in the southeastern countryside of al-Bab, in conjunction with continued air and missile strikes on the clash areas, where the regime forces controlled hours ago the villages of al-Najyeh and Bijan and its hill, rising to 7 at least, the number of villages controlled by the regime forces during the past 48 hours, where the regime forces managed yesterday to control the villages of Abu Jabbar and al-Maghara, which enabled them to arrive from a new area to the main road linking Tedef and al-Bab from the side of the eastern Aleppo which leads to the provinces of Al-Raqqah and Deir Ezzor, also the regime forces have controlled the day before yesterday the villages of Mansoura, Kherbet al-Jahsh and al-Jdaydeh, after the violent clashes that took place the day before yesterday between both parties in the northeastern and northern countryside of Aleppo, and back then the clashes concentrated in the east of Aran area in the south of al-Bab city.
