The truce of the Caesar and Sultan ends the 46 day with growing breaches within the ceasefire areas
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented more violations in several areas in the 46th day of the truce, where violent clashes took place in several areas in the west of Rif Dimashq between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against the rebel and Islamic Factions and members of Fateh al-Sham Front, after a broad offensive carried out by the last mentioned on areas west of Sasa and the farms of the towns of Maghr al-Meer and Beit Jann and the village of al-Maqrusah, where they managed to advance and control points and farms west of Sasa, the clashes were accompanied by exchange of shelling and targeting which killed killing and injured a number of the regime forces and also caused casualties in the ranks of the fighters, also clashes took place between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against the Islamic factions at the outskirts of the city of Arbin in the Eastern Ghouta, while clashes took place between both parties in Mohammedia town, also sporadic clashes took place in Jesrin town in the Eastern Ghouta, between Rahman Corps against the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, accompanied by the fall of 5 mortar shells launched by the regime forces on sites of Rahman Corps, the regime forces also launched 8 mortar shells on areas in Al-Nashabiyah town in the Eastern Ghouta, also the regime forces shelled areas in the southern countryside of Aleppo, while the regime forces shelled areas in the town Kafrnaha in the western countryside of Aleppo, which injured several persons, and more shells fell on places in the area of the project 1070-apartment near Hamdania neighborhood west of Aleppo, while the regime forces shelled areas in the towns of Hayyan and Tal Msibin in the northern countryside of Aleppo, also sporadic clashes took place in the vicinity of the al-Rasul al-A’azam mosque in al-Zahra neighborhood west of Aleppo between the rebel and Islamic Factions against the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, accompanied by exchange of targeting with machineguns, while the regime forces shelled areas in the villages of Huber and Owaynat in the southern countryside of Aleppo.
In the same context, areas in the towns of al-Hara, Ma’araba, Giza and Bosra al-Sham in the countryside of Daraa were shelled by the regime forces, while warplanes carried out several raids on areas on the outskirts of Daraa camp in the city of Daraa and the town of Naemeh east of Daraa, also the regime forces shelled areas in the towns of Yadodeh and Naemeh in the countryside of Daraa, while missiles believed to be ground-to-ground launched by the regime forces and fell on areas in Daraa al-Balad in the city of Daraa, while it rose to 32 at least -including a military commander- the number of members of factions and Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham who were killed in shelling and clashes at Manshiya area in Daraa al-Balad since the day before yesterday, including 3 media activists and 2 members of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham who blew themselves up the day before yesterday in booby trapped vehicles, where the factions and Fateh al-Sham Front are carrying out an attack since the day before yesterday on Manshiya neighborhood at Daraa al-Balad, in order to complete the control of the neighborhood, and the factions had advanced hours ago and controlled al-Najjar Block between the roundabout of al-Kaziyyeh and west of Manshiya Mosque in Manshiya neighborhood in the city of Daraa, despite the intensive air and missile strikes by warplanes and helicopters, also it rose to 16 -including 2 officers- the number of members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them who were killed in same clashes, also it rose to 9, they are a citizen woman and 4 of her children and another citizen woman and her daughter and two men, the number of persons who were killed in the massacre that was carried out by warplanes’ bombing on areas in Tariq al-Sadd neighborhood ta the city of Daraa yesterday night, while several rocket shells fell on areas in al-Sahari neighborhood which is under the control of the regime forces in the city of Daraa which caused injuries including a citizen woman at least, as well as causing physical damage to several buildings, amid renewed violent clashes between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against the rebel and Islamic Factions and members of Fateh al-Sham Front in the area of Manshiya in Daraa al-Balad in the city of Daraa, accompanied with the fall of more missiles believed to be ground-to-ground launched by the regime forces on areas in Daraa al-Balad, rising to 13, the number of missiles launched by the regime forces since the morning on areas in Daraa al-Balad, which killed a citizen woman and injured others, and a child was killed in rocket shelling on areas at Manshiya neighborhood in Daraa al-Balad, also a citizen woman from the town of Nasib died affected by injuries she had in shelling by the regime forces on areas in the town yesterday, while a child died affected by injuries he had when the regime forces shelled areas in Manshiya neighborhood at Daraa al-Balad in the city of Daraa, also the regime forces continues intensively launching missile on areas at Daraa al-Balad, while places in the towns of Western al-Gharya and Yadodeh in the countryside of Daraa were shelled by the regime forces, also the regime forces shelled areas in the towns of Yadodeh and Tal Shehab in the countryside of Daraa, while the Islamic factions targeted positions of the regime forces in Tallat Rashu in Jabal al-Akrad at the northern countryside of Latakia, while areas controlled by the factions in Jabal al-Akrad were shelled by the regime forces.
Also the regime forces shelled areas in al-Wa’er neighborhood in the city of Homs causing material damage, while clashes took place between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against the rebel and Islamic Factions in Al-Shenyah village in the northern countryside of Homs, also a child from city Rastan city died affected by injuries he had in shelling by the regime forces on areas in the city yesterday, also several people were injured by shelling by the regime forces on areas at Rastan city, also an old man died affected by injuries he had when a shell fell on area in Saffuriyya Street at Yarmouk camp east of the capital, while the regime forces opened heavy machineguns’ fire on areas at the orchards of Barza neighborhood on the outskirts of the capital, accompanied by targeting the area with several shells, also warplanes carried out 4 raids on areas on the outskirts of al-Shegher village in the countryside of Jisr al-Shughur city, located in the western countryside of Idlib, while warplanes carried out 4 raids on areas in the town of al-Taman’aa and the vicinity of Khan Shaykhun city and Skaik village in the southern countryside of Idlib, also several shells launched by the factions and fell on areas in the towns of Khan Arnaba and Jabba which are controlled by the regime forces in the countryside of Quneitra.
