The violent clashes are still taking place between the rebel and Islamic Factions of the “Euphrates Shield” against the “Islamic State” organization at the western outskirts of al-Bab city, which is the main stronghold of the organize in the countryside of Aleppo, in an attempt by the Turkish forces and the factions to achieve advancement in the city, which is still controlled by the organization almost entirely.
These clashes are associated with the continued shelling by Turkish forces on the city, which witnessed considerable damage caused by the bombing, they came in conjunction with the violent clashes that are still taking place between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them and the elite forces of the Lebanese Hezbollah against the “Islamic State “organization in the vicinity al-Shwylikh area, which is about 6 km away of Deir Hafer town in the eastern countryside of Aleppo, and thus the regime forces have achieved advancement and controlled the road between al-Bab and Deir Hafer, and expanded their control for about 20 kilometers, under cover of intense artillery shelling by the Russian battalions that support the regime forces in the process of advancement.
