Continued escalation by the regime forces leaves casualties in the capital Damascus

Damascus Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
The regime forces targeted again areas in Jobar neighborhood east of the capital, which killed 2 fighters of Rahman Corps and wounded 2 others, also the regime forces continues escalating the shelling on the neighborhoods of Qaboun and Teshreen at the eastern outskirts of the capital, and the regime forces targeted these two neighborhoods with 6 missiles believed to be of ground-to-ground, which injured 4 persons at least.

A round of unsuccessful  negotiations took place between the regime’s authorities and those in charge of the neighborhoods of Teshreen, Barza and Qaboun at the eastern outskirts of the capital Damascus, several sources reported to the Observatory that the few past days witnessed meetings and negotiations between the representatives of these neighborhoods and between the regime forces and its authorities, about reaching an agreement similar to the agreements of the rest of the areas on the outskirts of the capital Damascus, its countryside, Wadi Barada and Serghaya recently, and also about reaching a “reconciliation and settlement of situations” in these neighborhoods, but they did not reach a result that both of them can agree on; about what will be applied in these neighborhood, which pushed the regime to re-escalate the bombing on the eastern outskirts of the capital, so the regime forces extended the shelling to areas in Teshreen and Qaboun neighborhoods es0 of Damascus the capital with more than 14 missile -believed to be ground-to-ground- they were launched by the regime forces on areas in these neighborhoods, which injured 10 persons.
