IS arrests 15 in Der-Ezzor

Der-Ezzor province: Massive explosions have been heard in DerEzzor city caused by shells fired by regime forces targeted Harabish leading to material damages, no reports of losses. A man from Der-Ezzor city was tortured to death in regime prisons, SOHR was informed that IS arrested a number of people in its controlled areas, 15 were arrested after the death of a Moroccan militant in IS under unknown circumstances. SOHR was informed that the IS lashed a man 100 lashes and closed his shop for 15 days for insulting al-Hesba, took place in al-Miadin city in the presence of dozens of civilians.
