More than 300 families arrive from Iraq and Al-Raqqah to the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor

Deir Ezzor Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
The activists of the Syrian Observatory for human rights observed the arrival of 300 Iraqi and Syrian families at least, to the city of al-Mayadin in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory: the families were Iraqi coming from the ​​Mosul area and other Iraqi areas, and, Syrian families and resident of Al-Raqqah have arrived to al-Mayadin, where the “Islamic State” organization put them in the schools of the city, and also gave orders to the displaced families and those living in the schools of the city that they should evacuate of 7 schools at least in al-Mayadin and leave within a week. Sources suggested that the organization may distribute the displaced people to other schools, and that the organization is also preparing for the arrival of more families, which sparked resentment among the citizens because the organization is getting the displaced people who have no shelter out; and bringing new displaced people and putting them in their place.

In another context, violent clashes are taking place between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against the “Islamic State” organization in the cemeteries area and west of Deir Ezzor airbase, and in the vicinity of Panorama roundabout south of the city, amid several raids by warplanes on the clash areas, while the organization launched mortar shells on places in Harabesh area which is under the control of the regime forces in Deir Ezzor city, in addition to targeting positions of the regime forces in Deir Ezzor airbase, intersecting sources said that drones have dropped them.
