The regime forces did not fully control Palmyra city yet and warplanes violently raid the vicinity of Palmyra, ISIS still controls oilfields

Homs Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that warplanes continue to target the area around Palmyra city in the eastern countryside of Homs, with the regime forces’ continued inspections in the city for mines and improvised explosive devices which were planted in large numbers within the city, also the observatory was aware that the regime forces backed by gunmen loyal to them of Syrian and non-Syrian nationalities and Russian Forces did not impose their control so far on the entire city, despite the “Islamic State” organization’s full withdraw yesterday, and partially the day before yesterday, warplanes’ raids are concentrated on the area around Palmyra city at a distance of 1 to 5 km, in which members of the “Islamic State” organization are present, who are still in control of a distance of about 3 km north of T4 airbase down to the vicinity of Palmyra city, as well as most of the strategic oilfields in the area.
