4 commanders in IS killed in Mosul after leaving al-Khair State

SOHR was informed that 4 IS commanders in al-Khair state were killed in Iraq during their way to the Mosul, the sources confirmed that a Moroccan commander in addition to a Tunisian Amir and 2 members in the Sharia office detonated themselves in Mosul area.
