In Hama Province at least 12 people were killed in a massacre carried out by warplanes believed to be Russian which targeted areas in Uqayribat Township, which is controlled by the “Islamic State” organization in the eastern countryside of Hama.
In Idlib Province 11 citizens were killed, they are: a young man was shot dead by Turkish border guards in the area of Khirbet al-Joz while he was trying to cross the border, and 4 persons were killed when warplanes bombed areas in the town of Dana, and 6 persons including 5 members of one family (including a child and citizen woman) were killed in bombing by warplanes on areas in the town of Kafr Nabl in the western countryside of Maarrat al-Nu’man.
In Aleppo Province 10 citizens were killed, they are 4 persons including 2 children were killed by bombing by warplanes on gas station area in Bshantra area in the western countryside of Aleppo, and 4 persons were killed in airstrike on places in the village of Tal al-Tatan near Maskanah town.
In Homs Province 5 citizens were killed: 4 citizens were killed in bombing by warplanes on areas in al-Wa’er neighborhood, and a person was killed in bombing by warplanes on Ghernata town.
In Daraa Province a man from Nahte town died under torture in Syrian security prisons.
In Damascus Province a man was killed by a sniper shot in Qaboun neighborhood.
In Deir Ezzor Province a child girl was killed by bombing by warplanes on areas in Hajin town.
A newborn child from Madaya town died due to poor sanitary conditions and the lack of treatment and medication.
2 persons were killed in the fall of shells on areas controlled by the regime forces east of the capital.
Also SOHR documented the death of a young man from the neighborhood of Rukn al-Din of Palestinian nationality under torture in the security prisons of the regime forces, after being detained for nearly 3 years.
And a fighter of Manbij Military Council was killed during clashes against the “Euphrates Shield” fighters in the western countryside of Manbij in the northeastern countryside of Aleppo.
And 7 fighters of the rebel and Islamic factions unidentified until this moment were killed in bombing by warplane and helicopters on areas of their presence, ambushes, clashes against the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, targeting their vehicles and shelling in several areas.
And at least 13 member of NDF and the gunmen loyal to the regime of Syrian nationality were killed in clashes, targeting their checkpoints, detonating explosive devices in their vehicles in several cities, towns and villages of Syria.
And at least 9 members of the regime forces were killed in clashes against the “Islamic State” organization and Fateh al-Sham Front and the rebel and Islamic factions, and targeting centers and checkpoints and heavy vehicles with rocket shells and improvised explosive devices.
Also at least 16 fighters of the “Islamic State” organization and the Islamic factions of non-Syrian nationalities are killed in clashes and shelling by warplanes and helicopters and bombing on their areas.
