After restoring Jazl field… clashes renewed in the vicinity of the oilfields in the eastern countryside of Homs
Homs Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
Clashes renewed between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against the “Islamic State” organization areas in the oilfields located in the western desert of Palmyra in the eastern countryside of Homs, amid shelling by the regime forces and warplanes in an attempt to achieve more advancement and restore more of the areas they lost in the sudden attack by the “Islamic State” organization on the 8th December 2016.
