Clashes renewed in the eastern desert of Homs and planes drop aid on Deir Ezzor

Deir Ezzor Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
Cargo planes dropped several containers of food and humanitarian aid on areas controlled by the regime forces in Deir Ezzor city.

Homs Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
Clashes took place between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against the “Islamic State” organization in several areas in the eastern countryside of Homs, and information about more casualties in the ranks of both parties.
