The regime forces almost close the main road between Deir Hafer and Maskanah which leads to the countryside of Al-Raqqah and Deir Ezzor

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the clashes continue between the regime forces supported by their loyal gunmen and the elite forces of the Lebanese Hezbollah against members of the “Islamic State” organization, and the regime forces managed to achieve new advancement after controlling Qusayr village today and the nearby train station, and they also took control of Jannat al-Salamah village which is located in the southeastern countryside of Deir Hafer, in an attempt by the regime forces to advance and close the road between Deir Hafer and Maskanah which leads to Al-Raqqah and Deir Ezzor.
