Casualties and injuries in Idlib city

Idlib province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
The warplanes renewed the shelling on areas in the city of Idlib which killed a person and injured 4 people, where the strikes targeted the electricity company which damaged it, and confirmed information that it went out of service, while a citizen woman died affected by injuries she had in bombing by warplanes on areas in Khan Sheikhan city in the southern countryside of Idlib this afternoon.
