More than 30 shells target the besieged city of Madaya

Rif Dimashq province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
areas in the Madaya city were shelled by the regime forces and Hezbollah with more than 30 shells, causing material damage, but no information about human losses in the city yet.
