US Special Forces and the Syria Democratic Forces continue their operation to complete the siege on al-Tabaqa city

Al-Raqqah Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
A man from Mansoura town in the eastern countryside of al-Tabaqa city died affected by injuries he had in bombing by the International Coalition’s warplanes on Mansoura town yesterday after the death of his wife and 4 of their children, while the Syria Democratic Forces keep on trying to advance at the expense of the “Islamic State” organization in the eastern countryside of Al-Raqqah city, where clashes are taking place between both parties in Safsafa area, in a continued attempts by the Syria Democratic Forces to complete the siege of al-Tabaqa city.
