Await for the displacement of the third batch of civilians and fighters from al-Wa’er neighborhood towards north of Syria

It is expected tomorrow Saturday the first of April 2017 for the displacement of third batch of fighters and their families and civilians to take place from al-Wa’er neighborhood, which is besieged by the forces of the Syrian regime and the gunmen loyal to them, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that it is decided for the batch to be displaced tomorrow, where cross-sources confirmed that this batch will be displaced to the Idlib province, after the first two batches went to Jarabulus area which is controlled by forces of the “Euphrates Shield” operation.
