The demographic change agreement in Syria delayed again and confusion and tension in the vicinity of Al-Fu’ah and Kafriya

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights received information that it the demographic change agreement in Syria about the 4 cities ((Madaya, Zabadani, Fu’aa, Kefraya, south of Damascus)) was postponed to the next Wednesday, the 11th of April 2017, after confusion about how to implement the agreement, and the sources confirmed to the Syrian observatory that residents in the vicinity of the towns of al-Fu’ah and Kafriya refuse to carry out the agreement and get the residents out of the towns of Al-Fu’ah and Kafriya, where attempts are being made by the concerned factions to carry out the agreement and to contain this tension and resentment, while the Syrian observatory received information about the intention of the factions to impose a curfew in the areas which are on the road that the convoy of Al-Fu’ah and Kafriya will come out from, and carry out the agreement, which will create a demographic change process in Syria.
