More than 11 fighters and members were killed in an attack by the “Islamic State” organization in the Syrian Desert on the border with Iraq

Homs Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the clashes stopped at the Tanf border crossing between Syria and Iraq, after the violent attack which was carried out by fighters of the “Islamic State” organization targeting the crossing, which is controlled by rebel factions, and the clashes, explosion and shelling resulted in killing at least 8 members of the “Islamic State” organization and 3 fighters at least of the factions, and also injured more than 4 others.
