Assassination attempt of a commander in the besieged neighborhood of Barza east of Damascus

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that an assassination attempt by unknown gunmen was carried out against a commander in the brigade which operates in Barza neighborhood east of the capital, which seriously injured the commander, while SOHR received information about differences between the fighters of the brigade itself because a part of the fighters asked the brigade to open of fronts against the regime and fight it, while the other part of the brigade disavows this step, preferring not to open several fighting fronts against the regime, also a local sources informed the Syrian Observatory that the neighborhood witnessed 2 days ago a fight between two persons in Barza neighborhood, followed by shooting in the neighborhood, which killed a member of the first Brigade which operate in Barza neighborhood, after being shot by members of a rebel regiment in the neighborhood, which follows the first Brigade.
