Shells target Makhram Foqani and clashes violently continue in Palmyra desert

Homs Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
Several shells fell on areas in Makhram Foqani town in the eastern countryside of Homs which is under the control of the regime forces, causing material damage, while clash are taking place between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against the “Islamic State” organization in Shaer field area and around the camel racetrack area and Haddadi Farms in the eastern countryside of Homs, amid advancement for the regime forces in the vicinity of the camel racetrack, and information about casualties in the ranks of both parties, coincided with dropping barrel bombs by helicopters on the clash areas.
