Await for the carrying out an exchange operation of tens of prisoners and the bodies between Idlib fighters and the gunmen of Al-Fu’ah and Kafriya with continued preparations for carrying out the demographic change agreement
Cross sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that the exchange operation has not been carried out yet, it was scheduled to take place on Tuesday evening the 11th of April 2017, where the sources confirmed that this exchange operation include exchange of tens of prisoners, detainees and bodies between the Islamic factions and the gunmen loyal to the regime in the towns of Al-Fu’ah and Kafriya, this exchange operation comes with the continued preparations for carrying out the four cities’ agreement (Madaya, Al-Fu’ah, Kafriya and Zabadani), to start the first phase of the displacement and evacuation operations that will include thousands of persons of civilians, fighters and gunmen loyal to the regime of the four areas.
