The first part of the first phase of the demographic change agreement ends, buses consecutively reach Aleppo and Idlib

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the convoy of Madaya buses which includes about 60 buses in addition to ambulances carrying about 2200 persons including about 400 fighters was entirely departed from al-Rashedin area and became in areas controlled by the rebel and Islamic factions and part of it reached Idlib Province, while the convoy of Al-Fu’ah and Kafriya which consists of about 75 buses and 20 ambulances carrying about 5 thousand persons including about 1300 of the pro-regime gunmen part of it arrived to Jabrin area which contains shelter centers.

The resumption of the first part of the phase of the demographic change agreement came about 37 hours after the departure of buses from Madaya city in the northwest of Rif Dimashq and from al-Fu’ah and Kafriya towns, which are inhabited by Shiite citizens in the northeastern countryside of Idlib, where the logistic procedures for continuing the first part of the first phase of the operation was carried out completely, also, the continuation of the agreement came hours after detonating a booby trapped pick-up truck in a gathering of buses of al-Fu’aa and Kafriya in al-Rashedin west of Aleppo, where 43 persons were killed and the majority of them were displaced people, also tens more were injured.
