Demographic change buses leave Zabadani and disrupt carrying out the 2nd part of its 1st phase
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the 4 buses that were supposed to transport fighters and the rest of the civilians from Zabadani city to the Syrian north have gotten out of the city, reliable sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that these four buses left the city without carrying a single person, where they were scheduled to the transfer about 200 fighter and a few civilians who remained in Zabadani city and it was scheduled to get them out in order to complete the 2nd part of the 1st phase of the demographic change agreement, also reliable sources confirmed that the regime forces returned the barriers in the vicinity of the city.
