Al-Wa’er buses waiting to move towards Jarabulus after about 20 hours from exiting the neighborhood

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the buses of al-Wa’er are still waiting at the outskirts of the besieged neighborhood by the regime forces in the city of Homs, where cross-sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that the buses did not depart from the outskirts of the neighborhood so far, due to strict inspection procedures by the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, where they have got out of the neighborhood about 20 hours ago by the internal transport buses to the outskirts of al-Wa’er neighborhood, and now they await the inspection process to finish in order to depart towards Jarabulus area, which is controlled by Turkish forces and the rebel and Islamic Factions of “Euphrates Shield”, where those who are waiting in the buses are experiencing difficult conditions.
