After 34 days of moving the clashes to Euphrates’ west bank… SDF advance and enter outskirts of al-Tabaqa city

Al-Raqqah Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
The violent clashes continue between the Syria Democratic Forces supported by US Special Forces against the “Islamic State” organization, the clashes are accompanied by exchange of shelling between both parties, where the Syria Democratic Forces managed to achieve advancement in the outskirts of Aayid Sghir suburb and controlled al-Alam roundabout, which is located at the outskirts of the suburb west of al-Tabaqa city, SDF have also advanced in the southern area and took control of the southern neighborhoods of al-Tabaqa city, in addition to advancing in the Reserved Island area in the northwestern section of al-Tabaqa city, and the clashes which are still taking place until now are coincided with raids carried out by the International Coalition’s warplanes on sites of the organization and its controlled areas in the outskirts of al-Tabaqa city, while the clashes continue in an attempt by the organization through its counter attacks to advance and regain control of the sites and the areas that the Syria Democratic Forces had advanced to.
