18 days after entering the city… the Syria Democratic Forces almost completely control al-Tabaqa and ISIS withdraw after negotiations

Several reliable sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that the Syria Democratic Forces supported by the US Special Forces and the warplanes of the International Coalition were able to advance and control al-Tabaqa almost completely, after the withdrawal of the “Islamic State” organization, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the organization is now in the 1st neighborhood and in the vicinity of the strategic Euphrates Dam, also the Syria Democratic Forces were able to take control of the 2nd neighborhood, while they are trying to impose their control over the 1st neighborhood and the Euphrates dam.

The sources suggested to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that the negotiators reached a deal about opening a corridor for the members of the “Islamic State” organization in Al-Tabaqa to withdraw towards Al-Raqqah city provided that the withdraw be via the road adjacent to the Euphrates Bank and then heading towards Al-Raqqah city.
