The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that it’s expected for tens of patients, injured people and their escorts and families to start getting out of al-Yarmouk camp south of the capital Damascus and other areas in the south of Rif Dimashq supervised by the Syrian Red Crescent, where they will be moved to the Syrian north in exchange of exiting the same number of the same cases from Fu’aa and Kefraya which are inhabited by Shiite citizens in the countryside of Idlib, within the demographic change agreement which had been reached in March 2017, and cross sources confirmed that there are preparations to start moving this batch within the agreement which was carried out with Iranians and Lebanese Hezbollah and sponsored by Qatar earlier, and the sources suggested that there may be an exit of fighters from the south of Damascus and the south of Rif Dimashq within this convoy.
