Attack by Usoud al-Sharqiyyah in the Syria desert between Homs and al-Qalamoun in an attempt to advance

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that violent clashes are taking place between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against Jaysh Usoud al-Sharqiyyah and the Shuhada’a al-Qaryatayn Brigade in the areas of Sabea’ Biyar and Zaza checkpoint in the Desert of Damascus at the administrative border of the southeastern countryside of Homs with the eastern Qalamoun, after an attack of the factions on the area in an attempt to achieve an advancement in area on the road that leads to al-Tanaf border crossing with Iraq, also it is on crossroads that connect to important areas, and if the faction advance they will be able to get closer to the Seine airbase near al-Dumayr, which is 40 to  60 km away from the current clash areas in the Sabea’ Biyar and Zaza checkpoint.

These clashes are accompanied by shelling by the regime forces and intensive targeting by the factions for positions of the regime forces, where each party is targeting positions and vehicles of the other, no information about casualties until now.
