The factions continue their offensive for the second day in the southeastern desert of Homs

Homs Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
The regime forces shelled areas in Sokhna city in the eastern countryside of Homs, amid violent clashes between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against the “Islamic State” organization in the road between the cities of Palmyra and al-Sokhna and the areas of silos and Talila in the eastern countryside of Homs, while the warplanes carried out several raids on areas in Sokhna city and al-Tayba town in the eastern country of Homs, while it rose to 5 at least  including 4 citizen women, the number of persons who were killed in the raids that targeted areas near Sokhna town which also injured several people.

In the same context, violent clashes continue between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against the rebel factions in the area of ​​Zaza and the surrounding od al-Sabea’ Biyar area in the southeastern desert of Homs near the administrative border with the Eastern Qalamoun, after a continued attack by the factions since yesterday, and the clashes were accompanied by intense aerial and artillery shelling by the regime forces on the clash areas, and information about casualties in the ranks of both parties.
