Procrastination by regime’s authorities in releasing detainees postpones the exit of the 2nd batch of displaced people from Barzeh neighborhood and fuels resentment among citizens of the neighborhood
Tension and resentment prevails Barzeh neighborhood which is located in the eastern outskirts of the capital Damascus after the exiting of the 2nd batch of displaced people has been postponed where it was scheduled to get out today of the neighborhood towards the north of Syria, walking the footsteps of the last batch that got out of the neighborhood on the 8th of May 2017, and in the details which were obtained by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that the Syrian authorities obstructed the exit of the 2nd batch within carrying out of the first displacement agreement in the capital Damascus, because the regime authorities didn’t release about 15 detainees most of them are women from their prisons, where the regime promised to release them on the next Sunday, also the factions postponed the exiting of the 2nd batch until releasing the detainees from the regime prisons.
