Resentment in the countryside of al-Hasaka after fighting between a patrol of ” al-Asayish ” forces against a fugitive member in Abu Rasin area

Al-Hasaka province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
Resentment prevails in Abu Rasin area which is located between Ras al-Ayn (Sri Kaneh) , Derbasiyah, and Tal Tamer in the northwestern countryside of al-Hasaka, and local sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that the resentment prevailed after the Kurdish internal security forces ” al-Asayish ” had refused to hand over the body of a fugitive member to his family, who was killed during clashes between ” al-Asayish ” against a fugitive member who the local sources said that he split from them and fled to Kharab Sha’eir village in the countryside of Ras al-Ain, then ” al-Asayish” patrol  raided the village and clashes took place between them against the fugitive member during the last 48 hours and also 3 members of ” al-Asayish” were killed due to the clashes.
