The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that more buses have entered into Barzeh neighborhood in the eastern outskirts of the capital Damascus, where displaced people continue getting on the buses and moving and preparing their belongings, to complete the preparation and start departing towards their destination in the north of Syria, and this is the 2nd batch which got out of Barzeh neighborhood which was scheduled to get out yesterday on Thursday, but it had been obstructed by the regime forces after they refused to release about 15 male and female detainees most of them are citizen women out from their prisons, while sources suggested to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that the resumption of displacement agreement came after the regime forces gave promises to those who in charges of Barzeh neighborhood to release the detainees late, it’s scheduled to get about 1000 persons out of the neighborhood including fighters, civilians and their families within this batch, and it’s expected for new batches to get out of the neighborhood towards the north of Syria
Displacing the 2nd batch of Barzeh neighborhood comes in conjunctions with exiting the 1st batch of displaced people of Teshreen neighborhood within an agreement in the neighborhood, and in the details which were obtained by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights from several reliable sources that an agreement has been reached between the regime authorities and a brigade of Jaysh al-Islam through local mediators which states to get out the fighters, injuries and civilians willing to leave towards the north of Syria, where the buses entered in the morning of today on Friday the 12th of May 2017 into the neighborhood, and the sources confirmed that they start to register the names to get on the buses then to depart towards their destination, amid mysterious surrounds the items of this agreement and its details.
