The end of the 2nd stage of displacement from Barzeh neighborhood and displacing fighters of Tishreen neighborhood and their families

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the last buses have left Barzeh neighborhood which is located in the eastern outskirts of the capital, towards their destination in the north of Syria, where cross sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that the operation of displacement for the 2nd batch had been completed, where about700 persons, fighters and their families and civilians who wanted to leave the neighborhood were displaced to the Syrian north, and in this batch there are about 150 fighters of the factions.

Also reliable sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that several buses departed from Teshreen neighborhood carrying fighters and their families and civilians who want to exit the neighborhood, where they will accompany Barzeh convoy to its destination, while by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights received information that it is expected for the operation of emptying the part of Teshreen neighborhood which is outside the control of the regime From after an agreement took place between the authorities of the regime and the residents of the neighborhood, amid extreme secrecy by both parties about the terms of the agreement on and its details.
