The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that a number of buses have entered al-Qaboun neighbourhood at the eastern outskirts of Damascus city, to move the first batch of fighters and civilians wanting to exit towards the Syrian north, and crossed sources confirmed to the Observatory that the process of registering the names of fighters, their families and civilians who want to leave the neighbourhood towards Idlib province is now under way, where it is expected for buses to move from the neighborhood in the coming hours, after the boarding process and preparations are completed.

This exit operation came after negotiations yesterday between representatives of al-Qaboun neighbourhood and the authorities of the regime, in which both parties reached an agreement states the exit of fighters and of civilians from al-Qaboun neighbourhood to the Syrian north, provided that the first batch exit in the morning of today Sunday the 14th of May 2017.
