After its main involvement in the siege of Syrian areas in Rif Dimashq… the Lebanese Hezbollah re-deploys its forces on the border with Lebanon

The Syrian Human Rights Observatory obtained information from several reliable sources who confirmed to the Syrian Human Rights Observatory that the withdrawal of the Lebanese Hezbollah from the border areas between the Western Qalamoun and Lebanese territory is not true.

The sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that the Lebanese Hezbollah is still in its position in most of the points where it used to be in al-Qalamoun and it barren mountains north and northwest of Rif Dimashq, while Hezbollah has withdrawn its members from several points of which it used to besiege the towns and cities in the northwest Rif Dimashq along with the regime forces and the loyal Syrian gunmen, after the displacement in the areas in the past weeks and months.

The reliable sources also told the Syrian Observatory that Hezbollah had withdrawn part of its fighters to redeploy them in the rest of the areas which are considered important to it, these points are concentrated in the areas of Zabadani plain and mountains, Wadi Barada area and other areas in the Western al-Qalamoun.
