After a series of stoning and execution of its members… the “Islamic State” organization discharge the Wali of “al-Khair State” on the pretext of “suspending executions against Islamic State soldiers”

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the leadership of the “Islamic State” organization has discharged Abu Khattab al-Iraqi the Wali of “al-Khair State”, and appointed him as a deputy to the Wali of “al-Baraka State”, reliable sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that the leadership of the organization appointed a leader of the Gulf nationality, he is Abu Khaled Al-Jazrawi as a Wali for “al-Khair State”, this state includes Deir Ezzor province except for al-Bokmal and its countryside and it also includes parts of the eastern countryside of Al-Raqqah province.

Reliable sources told the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that discharging the Wali of “al-Khair State” came after accusations by the “Islamic State” organization for Abu Khattab al-Iraqi of “stopping executions against soldiers of the Islamic State on charges of adultery and having the ideas of Khawarij”, the sources suggested that the new Wali of the Gulf nationality would soon carry out executions against members of the organization on charges of “having the ideas of Khawarij”
