Al-Wa’er neighborhood is preparing to get the 11th batch out of it towards the northern countryside of Homs

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the buses have started to enter into Al-Wa’er neighborhood which is besieged by the regime forces in Homs city, where they are moving people outside of the neighborhood in the 11th batch, and reliable sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that the travel buses which are gathered in the vicinity of al-Wa’er neighborhood are waiting to depart in the coming hours, after completing the preparations and finishing displacing all persons in this batch, the cross sources confirmed that they would proceed towards their destination in the northern countryside of Homs, and it is unknown yet whether this batch will be the last one or if there will be another batch within the next 48 hours, also it is expected for the force of the Russian Military Police to enter Al-Wa’er neighborhood, and to be deployed in it and its surroundings in accordance with the terms of the agreement about Al-Wa’er neighborhood, which took place in March 2017.
