Arresting a leader of Kurdish party in al-Hasaka and clashes in the countryside of al-Raqqa

Al-Hasaka province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights was informed by cross sources that the Kurdish Internal Security Forces ” al-Asayish ”
arrested a member of the political office of the Kurdistan Democratic Party in Syria in his house in al-Hasaka city after the midnight of yesterday, and the circumstances of arresting are still unknown until this moment.

Al-Raqqa province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
Clashes took place between the Syria Democratic Forces against the ” ISIS ” organization in Mazloum village in the northwestern countryside of al-Raqqa, after a counter attack by the ” ISIS ” organization on the area, and information about human losses in the ranks of both parties.
