Violent clashes in the southern banks of Euphrates River and documenting more SDF fighters

Al-Raqqa Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that violent clashes are taking place between Syria Democratic Forces backed by the International Coalition’s warplanes against the “Islamic State” organization in the southern banks of Euphrates River in the western countryside of Al-Raqqa, and the Observatory learned that the clashes between both parties are concentrated in areas in the south of al-Mansoura town and Hunaida village, where the “Euphrates Wrath” forces seek to advance and control the two areas, in order to expand their controlled areas and reduce the “Islamic State” organization’s controlled areas, where the clashes coincide with an exchange of shelling between both parties, and confirmed information about causalities, while information received about several women killed and injured in shelling by the “Islamic State” organization on “Euphrates Wrath” forces’ controlled areas in the eastern countryside of al-Raqqa.

Al-Hasaka Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:: The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented at least 9 fighter of Syria Democratic Forces killed and injured by shelling and earlier clashes between “Euphrates Wrath” forces against the “Islamic State” organization in the countryside of al-Raqqa and in clashes against the organization in the southern countryside of al-Hasaka.
