SDF control al-Mansoura town the largest town in the western countryside of al-Raqqa

Al-Raqqa Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:: The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned from reliable sources that Syria Democratic Forces managed to advance and control al-Mansoura town which is considered the largest town in the western countryside of al-Raqqa after a military offensive that besieged al-Mansoura and then Syria Democratic Forces stormed the town in the morning of yesterday, killing tens of members of the “Islamic State” organization while others withdrew, also the violent clashes are still taking place between Syria Democratic Forces backed by the US Special Forces against the “Islamic State” organization, in an attempt by the “Euphrates Wrath” to advance and control Hunaida village which is near al-Mansoura, while the organization’s members are trying to repel this advance, and the clashes are accompanied by an exchange of shelling between both parties, accompanied by the International Coalition’s airstrikes that targeted the clash areas, killing tens of members of the organization, also the “Euphrates Wrath” forces were able to seize vehicles, weapons and ammunition belong to the organization, and information about causalities in the ranks of Syria Democratic Forces.
