Missile shelling on the Eastern Ghouta and raids by warplanes on villages in the eastern countryside of Hama

Rif Dimashq Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:: areas in the outskirts of the towns of Hosh al-Salhiyyeh and Otaya and Ferzat hills in al-Marj area in Eastern Ghouta were shelled by 3 missiles believed to be ground to ground, no information about causalities.

Hama Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:: warplanes carried out airstrikes on areas controlled by the “Islamic State” organization in the eastern countryside of Hama, and the airstrikes targeted the villages of Hamada Omar, Suha, Abu Dalia, Abu Hanaya, Al-Khrijah, Akash, Rasm al-Abd, and Uqayribat town and other areas controlled by the “Islamic State” organization, in conjunction with clashes between the organization’s members against members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them in areas near al-Sheikh Hilal in areas near Northern al-Maksar and Rasm al-Tina, in an attempt to advance and control these two villages in order to secure the main road of Aleppo which links the city to the rest of the areas controlled by the regime in central and southern Syria, and to secure al-Sheikh Hilal area, and the clashes were accompanied by intense shelling by the regime forces on the clash areas.
