About 70 civilian casualties during 6 days of the Coalition’s intense bombing for the stronghold of the “Islamic State” organization in Syria

The civilian death toll continues to rise, with the continued targeting by the International Coalition’s warplanes for place in Al-Raqqah city, the stronghold of the “Islamic State” organization in Syria, and the Syrian Observatory for the Rights documented the death of 68 civilian citizens, including an activist of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, from Monday the 5th of June 2017 until the 10th of the same month.
And among the civilian casualties there are 11 children under the age of eighteen years and 6 citizens over the age of eighteen, all of them were killed in the raids that targeted the northern banks of the Euphrates River and al-Jazrah suburb in west of Al-Raqqah city and Al Bassel Street in the city and other areas in the neighborhoods of the city, the raids have also wounded tens of people, and some of them are still in serious condition, which may raise the death toll.
