Clashes in the countryside of both Aleppo and Lattakia

Latakia province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: clashes are taking place between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against the rebel and Islamic factions in Toros area and Tallat Abu Ali in Jabal Al-Turkman in the northern countryside of Latakia, and information about casualties in the ranks of both parties.
