Explosion in the northern countryside of Idlib and clashes in areas in Deir Ezzor city

Idlib province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: an explosion was heard in the outskirts of Salqin town in the northern countryside of Idlib, it resulted from an IED explosion at the outskirts of the city, and no information about human losses.

Deir Ezzor Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:: renewed clashes took place between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against the “Islamic State” organization in areas in the neighborhoods of al-Hwiqa and al-Rashadiyah in Deir Ezzor city, amid an exchange of targeting between both parties, while the “Islamic State” organization targeted Heart Hospital in Deir Ezzor city by heavy machine guns, which caused human losses.
