Regime forces and Elite of Hezbollah continue going deep in Al-Raqqah province and control an oilfield and a pumping station a few kilometers south of Al-Tabaqa Airport

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the regime forces with the support of the Lebanese Hezbollah’s Elite were able to achieve a new advancement after regaining about 1200 square kilometers of Al-Raqqah province, and regaining control yesterday of al-Thawra field and the nearby pumping station on the road of Salamiyah – Ithriyah – Al-Raqqah near the al-Resafa area, increasing the size of their controlled areas in the countryside of Al-Raqqah, and confirmed information about human losses in the ranks of both parties. This field is about 14 kilometers away of from Al-Tabaqa airbase, which is controlled by the US Special Forces and the Syria Democratic Forces.
