ISIS closes around 40 money exchange shops in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor

Deir Ezzor Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: warplanes shelled areas in Al-Kanamat neighborhood in Deir Ezzor city after midnight yesterday, killing 5 civilians of the same family including children, Another civilian died yesterday of injuries he suffered in a mortar shelling by ISIS on areas in Al-Qosur neighborhood which is under the control of the regime forces in Deir Ezzor City. The SOHR learned from reliable resources that the “Fund Body” of ISIS has closed 37 money exchange shops in Al-Mayadeen city in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor because they had not issued the required work permits, it worth mentioning that they used to operate normally in the city before it fell under the control of ISIS in 2014.
