Clashes near Talbiseh in the countryside of Homs and renewed ones at the fronts of the eastern countryside of Hama

Homs Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: clashes broke out after midnight yesterday between the regime forces and their allied militiamen on one hand and the rebel and Islamic factions on the other at the southern side of Talbiseh city in the northern countryside of Homs. Casualties were reported on both sides. Clashes were accompanied by shelling on areas in the western Al-Farhaniyah town in the northern countryside of Homs.

Hama Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: areas in Hirbnafsah town and Al-Zara village in the southern countryside of Hama were shelled after midnight yesterday by the regime forces, resulting in material damages. Simultaneously, clashes broke out between the regime forces and their allied militiamen on one hand and the “Islamic State” organization on the other at Qulayb Al-Thor area in the eastern countryside of Hama. Casualties were reported in the ranks of the regime forces and their allied militiamen. Two shells also fell on the area of Muhradah power plant in the western countryside of Hama, resulting in material damages.
