At least 16 casualties mostly children and women in new massacres carried out by warplane in Deir Ezzor city and its countryside

Deir Ezzor province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the number of casualties continue to rise in Deir Ezzor city and its countryside, as a result of shelling by warplanes that were not identified whether they were Russian or were belong to the regime and targeted Deir Ezzor city and its eastern countryside, where it rose to at least 16 including 8 children and 4 women, the number of civilian persons who were killed and documented by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights in the past 24 hours, they are 11 citizens including 5 children under the age of eighteen and 3 women were killed in the raids that targeted areas in the towns of Hatlah and Marat in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, and 5 including a woman and 3 of her children were killed in the raids that targeted areas in Kanamat neighborhood in Deir Ezzor city, and the death toll is expected to rise because there are some people in critical situation, while the bombing caused destruction and damage to the property of citizens.
