YPG of SDF right the wrongs done by al-Sanadid Forces against people of a village at the suburbs of Al-Raqqah city

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned from local sources that Syria Democratic Forces opened the roads to the residents of al-Yarmouk Farm in the northern suburbs of Al-Raqqah in order for them to return to their homes, from which they have displaced during the clashes that took place between the fighters of the “Euphrates Wrath” Operation Forces against the “Islamic State “organization in the village, which the Forces controlled on the 12th of May 2017.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights also learned from local sources that after the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights adopted the case of the people of al-Yarmouk Farm and worked on solving it, the Kurdish People’s Protection Units operating within the Syria Democratic Forces held a meeting with the residents of al-Yarmouk Farm, and a discussion took place between officials of Syria Democratic Forces and the residents about the grievances reported by the residents regarding the assaulting on their property and the stealing it by al-Sanadid Forces operating within the Syria Democratic Forces, and arresting tens of civilians following a shooting at the outskirts of the village, in which 4 persons were injured, a pharmacist man, a child and 2 women.

Residents of the village informed the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that the civilians people of the village have returned to it, also the Syria Democratic Forces have apologized to the residents of the village for what happened to them by the group that assaulted them of al-Sanadid forces, and Syria Democratic Forces promised to return to them what has been taken from them and to hold accountable those who did that.
