The “Islamic State” organization “whips” the Amir of the Diwan of Public Relations in the Bokamal and heavy shelling targets al-Lataminah

Deir Ezzor province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: Shells launched by the “Islamic State” organization landed on places in al-Jurah neighborhood which is controlled by the regime forces and besieged by the organization, while the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the “Islamic State” organization whipped the “Amir of the Diwan of Public Relations” in al-Bokamal city in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor 100 lashes in al-Fayha’a square in the city, in front of many people including children, and reliable sources informed the Syrian Observatory that he was whipped due to a complaint by the “Amir of the Diwan of Public Relations” against one of the organization’s members who confiscated the house of the Amir’s brother after he got out of the organization’s controlled areas, while a person was killed in Harabesh neighborhood which is under the control of the regime forces by a sniper shot by the “Islamic State” organization.
